MUTC Chapter Update | Q4 Newsletter 2025

As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a truly remarkable year for Man Up to Cancer. We have helped men facing cancer stay connected, supported, and unashamed to lean on one another—and we have grown stronger than ever thanks to the incredible dedication of our chapter leaders, meetup coordinators, and every member of this community.

Meetups & Connections:

By the end of this year, our chapters and groups collectively hosted nearly 900 in-person or virtual meetups across the globe. From coffees and lunches, to specialized group gatherings including baseball and hockey games, each meetup represented men choosing connection over isolation—a core pillar of the Wolfpack spirit.

We also saw tremendous momentum in regional retreats. In 2025, eight mini-Gatherings of Wolves (mini-GOWs) took place across both Canada and the United States. These regional events have become some of our most impactful opportunities for men to meet face-to-face, build trust, and form lifelong brotherhood.

Additionally, we saw the creation of two important non-geographical chapters to better support men from our diverse communities. In September, the Men of Color Chapter launched, followed by the Pride Chapter in November. Both groups have been an immediate success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from members who feel they have a dedicated space within MUTC to connect, share, and be supported.

Platform Growth & Circle Becomes Our New Home

As of November 1st, the Circle platform officially became the exclusive home for all Man Up to Cancer activity—and the impact has been immediate. Circle continues to grow rapidly, giving us a place that is accessible, safe, and supportive. Importantly, it has opened the door to men who have never used social media or who prefer not to have a social media presence. Now, every man facing cancer has a place where he can seek connection without barriers. This shift has also allowed our nearly 70 chapter leaders worldwide to organize more effectively, reach more members, and support men in ways that were not possible before.

Looking Ahead to 2026

The momentum is only increasing. We’re already seeing strong early growth indicators for next year, and I’m incredibly excited for what 2026 will bring.
We’re kicking things off with our first mini-GOW of the year scheduled for February in Orlando, Florida, with more regional gatherings and chapter events already in the planning stages. I anticipate 2026 being the strongest year yet for chapters and meetups, and I’m honored to help lead this next phase of growth with all of you.

With Gratitude

To our 70+ chapter leaders around the world, and to the members of our Chapters & Meetup Coordinator Team—thank you. Your dedication, compassion, and consistency are what make this entire movement possible. Every meetup, every welcome message, every check-in, every conversation… it all matters, and it changes lives. Thank you for showing up for one another, for your communities, and for every man who needs to know he doesn’t have to face cancer alone.
