Shipping & Returns Policy

Each product has a “sizing guide” listed in the product description if applicable (some products are one size fits all).

Because we are a small nonprofit organization, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for wrong sizes or “buyer’s remorse.” We hope to offer those services in the future! Returns and refunds are available, however, for errors made on our end. If an error was made on your order, please contact customer service at info@manuptocancer.org

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5- 8 business days

International: 10-20 business days
