A New Chapter Begins April 24 — Here’s Why We’re Building Something Bigger Together

It’s been nearly five years since Man Up to Cancer was born. What started as a single idea has grown into a thriving, life-changing movement. Our mission to help men with cancer avoid isolation has evolved into a powerful brotherhood and support system.

Now, we’re taking the next big step: launching our own membership platform on Circle Community. We couldn’t be more excited to count down with you to the official launch on April 24.

Here are five reasons we’re building this new space and why we believe it will make Man Up to Cancer stronger than ever.

1. We’re Creating a Home of Our Own

For years, we've made magic happen in Facebook groups, Zoom calls, and Messenger inboxes. But as our movement has grown, so has the need for a central hub—a home base where members, caregivers, and survivors can connect without distractions, noise, or algorithms. This new community is ours. No ads. No trolls. Just real talk, real support, and real brotherhood

2. We’re Bringing the Wolfpack Closer

From coast to coast and beyond, members of our Wolfpack have shown up for one another. Now you’ll be able to connect directly with others in your state, region, or through shared interests and hobbies.

Our Technology Director, Chris Berberabe, has created chapter chats within the new community to make those connections easier and more meaningful.

It’s all about making a big group feel small, personal, and powerful—while keeping it accessible. Take our new app on the go, keep us open in a tab on your laptop, or join a video Wolfpack meet-up inside the MUTC platform.

3. We’re Elevating Peer Support and Resources

Inside the new community, members can easily connect with the leadership team, chapter leaders, and access programs designed with you in mind.

Whether you're requesting a chemo backpack, registering for Gathering of Wolves, or applying for a grant, you can now do it all in one place.

4. We’re Honoring Our Founding Mission

At the heart of it all, Man Up to Cancer exists to help men feel less alone. This new platform strengthens that mission by offering 24/7 connection, storytelling, mentorship, and shared experiences. 

5. We’re Building for the Future

This is just the beginning.

We’re launching with community spaces, content, and events, but we want this new platform to keep evolving to serve YOUR needs. We want to make your quality of life better as you go through cancer. Our big plans include member perks, an improved GOW retreat, wellness programming and brand collaborations (like our most recent one with Buoy!). What are your ideas?
