Man Up to Cancer is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in September 2023 in the state of Maine, home of our founder Trevor Maxwell.

Revenues earned through merchandise, sponsorships, donations, partnerships, and other means are transferred directly back to support our programs and services.

When will I get my MERCH order?
It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Can I exchange or get a refund for Merchandise purchased?
Because we are a small nonprofit, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for wrong sizes or “buyer’s remorse.” We hope to offer those services in the future! Returns and refunds are available, however, for errors made on our end. If an error was made on your order, please contact customer service at joe@manuptocancer.org
How can I choose the Right Size?
Each product has a “sizing guide” listed in the product description if applicable (some products are one size fits all).
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please supply photos of the product and the packing slip (this is standard practice for ecommerce businesses).
We will have to be notified of this issue within 4 weeks of your order arriving to be able to supply any customer support with a damaged product.
