Matt Kozlovac

Matt Kozlovac is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit space. Known for a strategic yet deeply empathetic approach, Matt has successfully led development initiatives that have significantly expanded community impact and strengthened long-term partnerships at American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (Pennsylvania). His expertise spans major gift cultivation, corporate and foundation relations, and team development, with a proven track record of exceeding fundraising goals and nurturing mission-driven cultures.

Throughout his career, Matt has been recognized as an outstanding fundraiser and a collaborative leader. He is also known for building high-performing teams and developing emerging leaders within his teams. Matt prides himself on fostering environments where collaboration, trust, and innovation drive results. In addition to his leadership in fundraising, Matt has played key roles in strategic planning, brand advancement, and programmatic growth for organizations focused on health, education, and community services.

Matt holds a master’s in international development from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, in addition to two bachelor’s degrees from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is committed to continuous professional development and community engagement.

Outside of work, Matt is passionate about his family, music, and golf. When he is not on long walks with his wife, daughter, and their family dog, Fleetwood, you can find him playing music in any one of his many projects. Matt brings a dynamic blend of vision, resilience, and compassion to Man Up To Cancer.
