Q: The Man Up to Cancer motto is OPEN HEART, WARRIOR SPIRIT. Which side of your personality could use more growth?
A: I could use more "acceptance" for the aspect of my personal growth. I've grown like a MF since I was diagnosed, and I’d like to do better about just accepting what has been dealt to me.
Q: What are your top tools for coping with the psychological impacts of cancer (i.e. anxiety, depression, anger, isolation, etc.)?
A: Walking and physical work has helped me cope. Being outside and keeping my hands and mind busy helps a lot and also talk therapy. Just saying what is going through your head and out in the open helps quite a bit.
Q: If you could pick a “handle” for your wolf identity, what would it be, and why?
A: Hmm a handle? 🤔. Never had to think of one before. My wife said stomasaurus lol. "Storm" sounds good to me. I've always enjoyed our Pacific Northwest storms that come through.
