On February 4, 2026, leaders across fashion, entertainment, sports, healthcare, and media gathered in New York City for the tenth annual Blue Jacket Fashion Show. What began as a bold idea by designer Frederick Anderson has grown into one of the most visible platforms for advancing conversations around prostate cancer screening and treatment.

Founded by Frederick Anderson and benefiting ZERO Prostate Cancer, the Blue Jacket Fashion Show continues to break down stigma and bring men’s health into the spotlight. The event is sponsored by Johnson & Johnson with support from LISC and Man Cave Health.

Man Up to Cancer was honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with these partners in a shared commitment to men’s health.

“Man Up To Cancer is honored to be part of the Blue Jacket Fashion Show. Raising awareness around prostate cancer screening and treatment is deeply important to our mission, and we applaud Johnson & Johnson, Zero Prostate Cancer, and Frederick Anderson for their continued leadership and commitment in this space.”
— Matt Kozlovac, Executive Director, Man Up to Cancer

Designer Frederick Anderson also reflected on the milestone year and the momentum ahead:

“Blue Jacket Fashion Show celebrating 10 years is just the beginning. Looking forward to the next 10 years!!”
— Frederick Anderson

A Powerful Moment on the Runway

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening came when Don Helgeson, prostate cancer survivor and Director of Chapters and Meet-Ups for Man Up to Cancer, walked the runway.

Don walked alongside a slate of recognizable names, including Bill Nye, Ja Rule, and Chris Noth. But beyond the celebrity presence, the runway carried something deeper. It carried stories.

For the men in our community, visibility matters. Representation matters. Seeing survivors step into spaces that have historically felt inaccessible or silent around cancer is powerful. It signals that prostate cancer is not something to whisper about. It is something to address head-on, together.

Fashion as a Platform for Change

The Blue Jacket Fashion Show seamlessly blends culture and cause. The tailored jackets, bold designs, and creative expression are not just aesthetic statements. They are conversation starters.

Prostate cancer remains one of the most common cancers among men. Early detection and access to treatment save lives. Events like this help normalize screening conversations among friends, families, and communities. They help shift the narrative from fear and avoidance to empowerment and action.

For Man Up to Cancer, whose mission centers on connection, support, and mental health for men impacted by cancer, this partnership aligns deeply with our work. Awareness is not just about statistics. It is about creating spaces where men feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and seek support.

Looking Ahead

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Johnson & Johnson, ZERO Prostate Cancer, Frederick Anderson, Man Cave Health, and the broader coalition of partners who make this event possible. We look forward to continued partnerships with Johnson & Johnson, Man Cave Health, and others who are committed to advancing men’s health in meaningful, measurable ways.

The Blue Jacket Fashion Show is more than a night in New York City. It is a reminder that when leaders across industries unite around a common cause, awareness grows, stigma shrinks, and lives are changed.
